Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

USA Sport Group does not offer refunds of any kind on any item offered for sale in our stores. We do offer exchanges and replacements for items that when received are defective or damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped to you. 

Sizes
Sizes for all products and clothing are displayed within the product description. Customers are responsible for checking the size of a product before making their purchase. We do not offer exchanges or returns for different sizes.

Defective Items
To be eligible for an exchange for defective items you must first submit the Exchange Request Form within 14 days of receiving your item. Within the request form you will be required to upload a photo of the damage or defection, along with a short description. We will notify you of the approval or rejection, or contact you for more details. If your request is approved we will send a replacement to you within 7-10 business days. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Incorrect Item was Shipped
If the item you received was not the item you ordered, to be eligible for an exchange for you must first submit the Exchange Request Form within 7 days of receiving your item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your request is approved we will send a replacement to you within 7-10 business days. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange/ return please complete the Exchange Request Form. Please note that all returns will need to be sent to the following address USA Sport Group, 4 Somerset St, Whitehouse St, NJ 08889

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
